Daily Maintenance
1. Spinning bikes must be used on a dry, ventilated and level ground.
2. Keep the bike body clean every day, especially in areas where it is prone to sweat stains.
3. The exposed parts of the body should be coated with anti-rust oil (seat, handlebar tube) every half a month to prevent oxidation and maintain a good lubrication effect.
4. After each class, full-time maintenance personnel must check whether all the screws and adjustment knobs on the body are loose or not and fasten them in time and check whether the fixing screws of the the foot crutches and the flying wheel are loose or not.
5. After each class, focus on checking whether the connection between the pedals and the crutches is loose or not (because the pedals can run both forward and backward, and the pedals may be shackled when running backward so that they are easy to get loose). If the connection is not tightened in time, the fixed parts regarding the buckle of the foot crutch and the pedal will be easy worn. As a result, the foot crutch may be damaged. In this case, the manufacturer is not responsible for the after-sale costs.
6. If there is a gap at foot crutch of the central axle after the bike is used for a period of time, maybe because the chain is loose. Please adjust the tightness of the chain. When adjusting the chain screws, keep the left and right adjustment balanced and the flying wheel in the middle position without shaking. (Please use five internal hexagonal wrenches to adjust the two adjustment screws on the front of the bike body clockwise.)
7. When replacing the bike pedals, please pay attention to the screw thread direction of the pedals. Please align the screw thread and not uptilt or damage it.
8. The gym members should use the bike correctly under the guidance of professional coaches. Otherwise, the bike may be damaged.
9. If you find any abnormal situation of the machine, please consult the after-sales department of the manufacturer as soon as possible.
Detailed Maintenance
In a certain period, full-time maintenance personnel should check whether all the screws and adjustment knobs are loose or not, and tighten them in time; focus on checking whether the connection between the pedals and the crutches is loose or not (because the pedals can run both forward and backward, and the pedals may be shackled when running backward so that they are easy to get loose.);
A. Check the pedals regularly
Do it once a week. The parts indicated by the arrow should be regularly tightened with a 19# wrench. For the left foot L, the wrench should be turned counterclockwise, and for the right foot R, the wrench should be turned clockwise.
B. Check the brake button regularly
The part indicated by the arrow should be kept in a tight state. Once the lock nut is loosened, the brake may fail or the brake knob may be damaged. Regularly please tighten with a 17# open-end wrench.
C. Check the seat regularly
If the seat is loose, you need to adjust the direction of the seat with a 13# wrench. After the adjustment, please tighten the screw as the arrow indicated.
